Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account, posting a listing, or booking services on BuildRealtor.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Binding legal agreement for platform usage
This agreement ("Terms & Conditions") is a binding legal contract between you ("User", "you") and BuildRealtor ("BuildRealtor", "we", "our", "us").
By creating an account, browsing property listings, submitting inquiries, booking stays, travel packages, or hiring home services via buildrealtor.in or related mobile services, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to all terms contained herein, you are not authorized to use or access the BuildRealtor platform.
2. User Accounts & Eligibility
Account registration, security & age requirements
- Age Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable Indian law to register an account or initiate transactions.
- Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated at all times.
- Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email, password, OTP). Any action taken under your account is your responsibility.
- Account Security: You must notify BuildRealtor immediately at supportbuildrealtor@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
3. Scope of BuildRealtor Platform Services

BuildRealtor operates an integrated digital marketplace facilitating multiple consumer and business categories:

Listing residential/commercial properties, new project launches, seller/builder directory, and home loan assistance.
2. Stays & Hotel Bookings
Reservations for hotels, homestays, serviced apartments, resort stays, and vacation rentals.
3. Tours & Travel Services
Curated travel itineraries, tour operator bookings, bus bookings, and regional travel reservations.
4. Home Services & Marketplace
Connecting users with verified interior designers, renovation contractors, maintenance experts, and home product vendors.

Terms governing listing creation & representation
Users who register as Sellers, Property Owners, Agents, Builders, Hotel Owners, Tour Operators, or Service Providers must adhere to the following:
- Listing Verification & Ownership: You warrant that you hold lawful ownership, agency rights, or valid authorization to list the property, stay, tour, or service.
- Accurate Pricing & Media: All uploaded photos, pricing details, specifications, and availability schedules must be truthful and non-misleading.
- Regulatory Compliance: Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary municipal licenses, RERA registrations, GST compliance, and trade permits required by law.
6. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
Financial transactions, refunds & cancellation policies
Booking reservations for hotels, stays, travel, tours, or home services processed via BuildRealtor are subject to the specific cancellation and refund terms specified at checkout.
BuildRealtor uses secure payment gateways to process transactions. All monetary amounts are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, design elements, brand logos, code, domain names, and content on BuildRealtor are the exclusive property of BuildRealtor or its licensors, protected under copyright and trademark laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. BuildRealtor does not guarantee continuous, error-free operation or verify every third-party property claim independently.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildRealtor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform use or third-party listings.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BuildRealtor, its officers, and employees against any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hyderabad / Ranga Reddy District, Telangana, India.
